This beautiful 'throw on and go' dress is made from 100% Cotton. This Nelly long sleeve Dress has spectacular puffy sleeves with a large opening cuff. The cuff sits at approximately the 3/4 length of your arm. It features an empire/waistline, a round neckline and a gathered midi length skirt. And of course all our dresses have POCKETS!!! This dress goes over the head with no zips, buttons or closures.
